Attorney Daniel Rice provides personalized and practical solutions for clients in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration, and real estate law. He has practiced law in Oregon since 2008 and enjoys helping individuals and families achieve peace of mind in the areas that matter most to them. He strives to serve his clients with clear communication, active listening, responsiveness, humility and respect.
Daniel focused on civil litigation in Oregon state and federal courts for much of his legal career before transitioning into full-time planning and transactional work. He has extensive experience representing clients in probate and real estate disputes, giving him a unique perspective on the issues that can lead to costly and disruptive litigation. Daniel uses this experience to draft estate planning and real estate documents designed to keep his clients out of court while maximizing their chances of success if litigation does occur.
Daniel graduated magna cum laude from Willamette University College of Law and cum laude from Northern Arizona University with a degree in journalism. He has authored hundreds of published articles on legal and non-legal topics for newspapers and legal industry publications.
When not in the office, Daniel enjoys spending time with his family, reading fiction, traveling, exploring the outdoors by foot, bike, and boat, and fitness. He has recently embraced the joy and agony of golf.
